Wow, what a day! The wind was blowing between 30-40 knots straight in my face, had a few showers along the way. There was lots of uphill riding today, and like that’s not enough, those stupid magpie birds were all over me again! They just attack you, no matter what. But I refused to quit. Despite that pain in my butt! Today I spent 9 hours on the bike, so my muscles and nerves are exhausted. It really was a long day, I’m glad I didn’t quit. Met a lot of (odd) people, got some useful information about Australia. Again I had a chance to talk with the family, I really needed that talk, helped me a lot, boosted my energy. Good day.
