Today was so hot, my Nutella melted totally while eating, so I literally drank from the jar. My eyes were burned from the sun. I drank about 10 bottles of water. Total time on the bicycle today was 10hours. I had to grind because I knew it’s going to be a major cool down the next day – from 42 to 19 degrees. On days like that I have to cycle during the night, otherwise I will faint. Tomorrow heading towards Canberra, we will see how the weather holds, I suspect it’s going to be hard.
