Woke up at 10.15am. Started cycling an hour later. This night I gave my body 10 hours of sleep. My nerves needed it as well. 18 days in Australia, of which 16 days head wind.
Today was no surprise, also head wind for the whole day. I did 145 kilometers, more than 8 hours on the bike. I had almost no stops. In the whole day I drank 2 liters of water and ate three 30g protein bars. I’m not sure how I handle it, probably my body has adjusted during this trip. Hard to tell. During the day I had a little “talk with myself” where I realized who am I, what can I become and what lies within me. Feeling tired, good day.
