Instead of waking up at 1.30am as I planned, I woke up at 3.40am. For the whole day I was cycling in this heat, plus the hills to Adelaide were just ridiculous. The Police escorted me off the freeway, because apparently cycling on it is not allowed in South Australia. Thankfully, I didn’t get a fine, but I was loosing precious time talking and explaining things to them. When I reached Adelaide, I still had a lot of cycling to do around the city. I finished at 2pm. I’m tired, but I feel good! It took me 26 days to get from Brisbane to Adelaide, that’s not bad if I consider the weather conditions (wind, heat). Tomorrow I have to check my bike for repairs and get some supplies. Going to bed, good day.
