Day 136: Munglinup Beach-Ravensthorpe

December 17, 2015Tomaz Humar

I woke up at 5.30am and started cycling at 6am. First I had to do one hill-climb from the beach to the main road, about 4 kilometers on red sand. Quite windy chilly day today, max 20 degrees. I reached the forest area, which I haven’t seen for a couple of weeks now, it felt like home! I saw like 10 emus and 2 kangaroos on the road. One emu hit the fence while running away from me, that was funny! Towards the end I almost didn’t feel my butt anymore. Despite that, everything else is OK, hope it stays that way! I have no complaints over the wind for a change. Good day!
