Woke up at 8am, my plan for the day was to go to the Indian embassy to apply for visa and get it the same day. I still had to find the bike box. At the embassy they said it is impossible for me to get a visa here, and that I need to go to Kuala Lumpur, which is out of the question. So I left, thinking I’ll find another way. I started looking for the bike box, hoping that will go smoother. Found a shop where they were doing some transportation and logistics, and bought a box for 50 Malaysian ringgits. Afterwards I decided to call home, really needed a talk with the family. It was a mental struggle, I really didn’t know what to do. I was 2 minutes away from buying a ticket to Nepal, but then I remembered there was a huge earthquake there, and the roads are completely ruined, so that is off. What about Bangladesh? No way, all the roads are dirt roads, the traffic is even worse than Malaysian, therefore that is off also. Going to Bangkok and returning to Thailand was my best option, while my family would again try to get an Indian visa online – the online application site was down and under maintenance, lucky me. I really appreciate having a sister that is sacrificing a lot for this project, I simply couldn’t do this without her. Going back to Thailand sounded stupid, but that’s what I did, I bought a ticket for the next day flight. I had terrible sleep on the floor, only slept for 5 hours, meanwhile I was shaking for an hour like I would be freezing, strange. Good day!
